If your register is not loading, it is most likely that an error is occurring when loading the register. This could be a plugin conflict, in which case, disable all plugins apart from Point of Sale and WooCommerce and try loading the register again.
If the issue does not occur and the register loads successfully, then the issue is caused by a plugin that you disabled which was conflicting with ours. Please include this conflicting plugin when submitting your ticket.
We recommend using a staging site to check this or perhaps perform a backup prior.
If your register is taking a while to load the products or customers, it is most likely that the hardware or connection used to serve the website is reaching its maximum capability. This could be related to the number of products or customers in the system, in which case, an upgrade of hardware specifications may be necessary.
We are aware some users may not be able to upgrade their hardware, which is why we are working on a tool to allow you to load a large number of products with little performance requirements. This tool is still under development, we will release this tool in the form of an update as soon as it is ready.
