If your register is not loading, it is most likely that an error is occurring when loading the register. This could be a plugin conflict, in which case, disable all plugins apart from Point of Sale and WooCommerce and try loading the register again.
If the issue does not occur and the register loads successfully, then the issue is caused by a plugin that you disabled which was conflicting with ours. Please include this conflicting plugin when submitting your ticket.
We recommend using a staging site to check this or perhaps perform a backup prior.
If your register is taking a while to load the products or customers, it is most likely that the hardware or connection used to serve the website is reaching its maximum capability. This could be related to the number of products or customers in the system, in which case, an upgrade of hardware specifications may be necessary.
We are aware some users may not be able to upgrade their hardware, which is why we are working on a tool to allow you to load a large number of products with little performance requirements. This tool is still under development, we will release this tool in the form of an update as soon as it is ready.
We can only provide support to users with an active item support. You can check the status of this by clicking here.
If your item support has expired, we can still assist but your ticket will not be priority.
If your item support is active, you will be redirected to our Zendesk support form where your details will be taken to provide you with the paid item support.
Your budget will allow us to tell you what we can do. We will let you know if it's more than what's needed for the project, or whether we'd have to remove certain requirements from the project scope to meet it.
Given the number of WordPress plugins out there, software interoperability can be challenging. Actuality Extensions uses best practices to make it as compatible as possible.
Unfortunately, there may be some themes or plugins that may conflict with our software.
Please read here on how to check for plugin conflict.
